Since opening our doors in 1997, our focus has been to inspire and encourage students in a lifelong practice that is sustainable, enjoyable and representative of a holistic yoga experience. Our community is built on the diversity of our students, a kind and respectful atmosphere and classes that inform every level of practice.

As one of the pioneering yoga studios in Toronto, Downward Dog Yoga Centre continues to offer instruction to students looking to practice and learn the principles of Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. Expanding on the lineage, our led classes range from solid foundational classes for beginners to dynamic and focused vinyasa-style classes.
