As an Authorized Apple Service Provider, we handle warranty repairs in house. Our Apple trained & certified technicians use official Apple-supplied diagnostic tools to pin down issues and then use 100% genuine Apple parts to get your devices back up and running again.
– REPAIRS & UPGRADES
Dead hard drive? Liquid spill? Crashing apps? Our experienced, honest and friendly certified technicians have seen it all and are here to help with your out-of-warranty devices. We can also often provide upgrades (larger & faster hard drives, increased RAM) to help you get more life out of an older computer.
– ON SITE CALLS
Can’t come to us? We’ll come to you! We provide onsite service calls to help with all sorts of networking & configuration issues. Contact us for details.
– DIAGNOSTICS
Our Apple Certified Techs will usually be able to diagnose your device’s issue and provide you with a comprehensive estimate for service within 1 business day. Keep in mind that some intermittent issues can take longer to identify.
– ACCESSORIES
We carry stock on select third party accessories (batteries, power adapters, iPhone cases etc.) Don’t see what you’re looking for in-store? Most items are just a few business days away by special order, so don’t hesitate to ask.
– DATA RECOVERY
We can sometimes retrieve data from failing drives without having to resort to a costly data recovery centre. Please contact us for further information.
– RAM
