INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
- WHAT SEEK DOERS DOES
Seek Doers operates an online listing and marketplace platform that:
Allows registration as Guests (customers or potential customers) and as Business/Owners (persons, businesses, or entities that list businesses, products, services, coupons, jobs, and events).
Provides listing, booking, and wallet services and facilitates payments via third‑party gateways (e.g., Stripe) when Business/Owners subscribe to payment processing.
Enables Business/Owners to claim listings that may have been created by third parties or automated tools. Claiming may be free or fee‑based.
Offers paid and free packages and optional paid features (e.g., featured listings, verified listings) and reserves the right to change packages, fees, and feature rules at any time without prior consent. - ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. - ACCOUNT TYPES, REGISTRATION, AND SECURITY
3.1 Account Types
Guest: browse listings, view business information, make bookings (with or without registration).
Business/Owner: create, claim, and manage listings; offer coupons; post jobs and events; receive payments.
3.2 Registration
When registering you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update information to keep it accurate.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify [email protected] immediately of any unauthorized use. - LISTINGS, CLAIMS, AND CONTENT
4.1 Creation and Sources of Listings
Listings may be created by Business/Owners, by Users, or may be generated or aggregated from third‑party AI tools and public sources. Seek Doers may create preliminary listings using publicly available data or third‑party tools.
4.2 Claiming Listings
Business/Owners may claim listings by completing the verification process. Seek Doers may charge a fee for claiming or permit claiming for free; Seek Doers reserves the right to change claiming procedures and fees at any time without prior consent.
4.3 Responsibility for Listings
Business/Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their listings. Seek Doers does not verify every listing and does not guarantee accuracy.
4.4 User Content License
By posting content you grant Seek Doers a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for Platform operation and promotion. - BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, AND WALLET
5.1 Booking Process
Users may request or make bookings through the Platform. Booking confirmations, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Business/Owner’s policies and any package or fee terms displayed at the time of booking.
5.2 Payment Processing and Automatic Splits
Payments are processed by third‑party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, banks). If a Business/Owner subscribes to Stripe or similar services, the Platform may facilitate automatic split payments that pay Seek Doers its agreed commission and transfer the balance to the Business/Owner’s configured payout account. Seek Doers does not store full payment card numbers. Payment methods and availability depend on the Business/Owner’s configuration and the payment processors used.
5.3 Wallet Service
The Platform may provide a Wallet feature enabling Businesses to receive and hold funds. Wallet balances are subject to the Wallet Terms. Seek Doers is not a bank and does not provide banking services. Payout timing and methods are subject to payment processor terms.
5.4 Fees and Charges
Seek Doers may charge fees for certain services or packages. Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Seek Doers reserves the right to change fees, packages, and feature rules at any time without prior consent. - COUPONS, DISCOUNTS, AND PROMOTIONS
Business/Owners may issue coupons or discounts. Coupons are subject to the terms set by the issuing Business/Owner. Seek Doers is not responsible for coupon validity, redemption, or misuse. - USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to: post false, misleading, illegal, or infringing content; impersonate others; engage in fraud; interfere with Platform operations; scrape or harvest Platform content for commercial use without permission. Violation may result in account suspension or termination. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 Organisation Content
All Platform content not provided by Users is owned by Seek Doers or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Organisation content without prior written permission.
8.2 DMCA and Copyright Claims
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the Platform in a way that constitutes infringement, submit a notice to our Copyright Agent at [email protected] with the information required by law. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. - DISCLAIMERS, NO WARRANTIES, AND RISK ALLOCATION
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SEEK DOERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. SEEK DOERS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR SECURE.
Users acknowledge that Seek Doers is a neutral intermediary and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of listings, services, or products offered by Business/Owners. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEK DOERS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seek Doers and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party. - DISPUTE RESOLUTION, GOVERNING LAW, AND JURISDICTION
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Jurisdiction
You and Seek Doers agree that the courts located in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform. By using the Platform you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
12.3 Waiver of Class Actions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute shall be brought on an individual basis only; class, collective, or representative actions are waived. - TERMINATION
Seek Doers may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, but obligations that by their nature survive termination (e.g., indemnity, limitation of liability) will continue. - BUSINESS OWNER ADDITIONAL TERMS
Business/Owners agree to: provide accurate and current information; complete verification when requested; comply with applicable laws and tax obligations; be responsible for fulfillment of services and resolving disputes with customers; accept that payouts are subject to payment processor terms and Platform payout policies; and maintain required licenses and permits. - BOOKING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND FRAMEWORK
Bookings are subject to Business/Owner acceptance and availability. Cancellation and refund terms are set by the Business/Owner and displayed at booking. Seek Doers does not guarantee refunds and is not a party to the contract between Business/Owners and customers. For payments processed through third parties, refund processing times depend on the payment processor. - PRIVACY, DATA PROCESSING, AND COMPLIANCE
Seek Doers maintains a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for Controller/Processor relationships and a CCPA consumer request handling procedure. Business/Owners that process customer data through the Platform remain Controllers of that data and are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws. Where Seek Doers acts as Processor, we will enter into a DPA on request. For privacy inquiries, DPAs, or CCPA requests contact [email protected]. - DMCA AND COPYRIGHT PROCEDURE
Submit DMCA notices to [email protected] with the information required by law. We will respond to valid notices and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated. - MISCELLANEOUS
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Seek Doers regarding the Platform.
Assignment: Seek Doers may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or sale; you may not assign without our consent.

DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA) — SUMMARY & AVAILABILITY
Seek Doers maintains a GDPR‑compliant Data Processing Agreement that implements Article 28 GDPR obligations for Controller/Processor relationships. The DPA describes processing purposes, categories of Personal Data, security measures, subprocessors, international transfer safeguards, breach notification obligations, audit rights, and return/deletion procedures. CCPA/CPRA CONSUMER REQUEST HANDLING — SUMMARY & CONTACT
Seek Doers provides mechanisms for California residents to exercise CCPA/CPRA rights (right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information). Consumers may submit requests via: (a) the web form linked in the Privacy Policy; (b) email to [email protected] with subject line “CCPA Request”; or (c) other conspicuous channels published on the Platform.
