INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy explains how Seek Doers collects, uses, discloses, stores, transfers, and protects Personal Data and Non‑Personal Data in connection with the Platform. The Platform is a global online listing and marketplace that enables viewing, creating, claiming, managing, booking, and transacting for business listings, products, services, coupons, job postings, and events. By accessing or using the Platform you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
- WHAT SEEK DOERS DOES
Seek Doers provides an online listing and marketplace platform that allows persons and businesses to register as Owners (to list and manage businesses, products, services, coupons, jobs and events) and as Guests (to browse listings, find businesses, make bookings, and use coupons). The Platform:
Hosts business listings, job postings and event listings that may include photos, contact information, descriptions, terms and conditions, social media handles, calendars, coupons, product and service details, and other listing content.
Provides booking functionality for events, services and products and transmits booking details to the relevant Business/Listing Owner.
Supports payments and wallet services: when a Business/Owner subscribes to payment processing via Stripe (or other supported gateways), the Platform may facilitate automatic split payments that pay Seek Doers its agreed commission and transfer the balance to the Business/Owner’s configured Stripe account or other payout method.
Allows Business/Owners to claim listings that were created by third parties, public sources, or automated tools (including third‑party AI). Claiming may be free or fee‑based as determined by Seek Doers.
Offers paid and free packages and optional paid features (e.g., featured listings, verified listings) for Owners and Guests; Seek Doers may change package offerings, fees, and feature rules at any time without prior consent. All users accept these terms by using the Platform. - SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY
This Policy applies to all Personal Data collected through the Platform and to interactions between Guests and Business Owners that occur through the Platform. It applies to all users worldwide who access or use the Platform, whether registered or unregistered. It does not apply to third‑party websites, services, or AI tools that are not controlled by Seek Doers. - INFORMATION WE COLLECT
3.1 Information You Provide
Account and profile data: name, email, phone number, password (hashed), business name, business address, verification documents, tax identifiers.
Listing content: business descriptions, photos, videos, logos, menus, pricing, coupons, job postings, event details, calendars, social media handles.
Booking and transaction data: booking details, invoice data, coupon codes used, communications with businesses, booking confirmations.
Communications and feedback: messages, support requests, reviews, ratings, dispute information.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, language, time zone.
Usage data: pages visited, search queries, clickstream, session duration, referral URLs, error logs.
Cookies and tracking technologies: session cookies, persistent cookies, pixels, local storage, device fingerprinting.
3.3 Information from Third Parties
Third‑party AI and public sources: business listings or business data generated or aggregated by third‑party AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google) or public databases.
Service providers: payment processors, identity verification services, analytics providers.
Social networks: profile information if you link or authenticate via a social account. - HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA
We use Personal Data to: operate and maintain the Platform; create and manage accounts; display and manage listings; enable bookings and payments; provide Wallet services; communicate with users; personalize content and recommendations; prevent fraud and abuse; perform analytics and product improvement; comply with legal obligations; and send marketing communications where permitted. Legal bases for processing (where applicable) include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations. - SHARING, PAYMENT PROCESSING, AND WALLET SERVICES
5.1 Sharing with Businesses
When you book or contact a Business, we share the information necessary to complete the booking or transaction with that Business.
5.2 Payment Processors and Automatic Splits
Payments are processed by third‑party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, banks). If a Business/Owner subscribes to Stripe payouts or similar services, the Platform may facilitate automatic split payments that: (a) allocate and remit Seek Doers’ agreed commission; and (b) transfer the remaining funds to the Business/Owner’s configured payout account (for example, the Business/Owner’s Stripe account). Seek Doers does not store full payment card numbers on its servers. The exact mechanics, timing, and fees for splits and payouts are governed by the payment processor’s terms and the Business/Owner’s configuration.
5.3 Subprocessors and Service Providers
We share Personal Data with Processors who perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email delivery, identity verification, payment processing). Processors are contractually required to protect Personal Data and to process it only for specified purposes.
5.4 Legal Disclosures and Safety
We may disclose Personal Data to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud or security incidents.
5.5 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
5.6 No Sale of Personal Data

6.1 Listings and Content
Listings may be created by Business Owners, by Users, or may be generated or aggregated from third‑party AI tools and public sources. Listings may include images, contact information, terms, coupons, calendars, and other content. Seek Doers does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any listing.
6.2 Claiming Listings
Business/Owners may claim listings that were created by third parties or automated tools. Claiming requires verification. Seek Doers may charge a fee for claiming or may permit claiming for free; Seek Doers reserves the right to change claiming procedures and fees at any time without prior consent.
6.3 Packages and Paid Features
Seek Doers may offer paid or free packages and optional paid features (e.g., featured listings, verified listings). Seek Doers determines placement, prominence, and eligibility for such features. Seek Doers reserves the right to change package terms, fees, feature definitions, and placement algorithms at any time without prior consent. All users accept these terms by using the Platform. - USER RESPONSIBILITIES, DISCLAIMERS, AND WAIVERS
7.1 User Responsibilities
Users (Guests and Owners) must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and not post illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Business/Owners are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their listings, coupons, terms, and transactions.
7.2 Platform Role and Disclaimer
Seek Doers is a neutral intermediary and only a connecting medium between users and businesses. Seek Doers does not control, endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of listings, products, services, coupons, or communications posted by Business/Owners or other users. Seek Doers is not a party to contracts between users and Business/Owners unless expressly stated.
7.3 Waiver and Limitation of Claims
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that Seek Doers is not responsible for any information posted by any user or third party. To the fullest extent permitted by law, users and Business/Owners waive any right to sue Seek Doers and waive any claim for damages or compensation against Seek Doers arising from listings, communications, transactions, or interactions on the Platform. This waiver does not affect statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
7.4 Transactions and Disputes
All transactions, bookings, and payments are between the user and the Business/Owner. Seek Doers is not responsible for disputes, refunds, cancellations, product or service quality, or any other contractual performance issues between users and Business/Owners. Users may pursue remedies directly against the Business/Owner. - COOKIES, TRACKING, AND ADVERTISING
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, analytics, personalization, and advertising. Cookie categories include essential, performance/analytics, functional, and advertising/targeting cookies. You may manage cookie preferences via the Platform’s cookie controls or your browser settings. Disabling non‑essential cookies may reduce Platform functionality. - DATA RETENTION, SECURITY, AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We retain Personal Data as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, incident response). Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence; where required, we implement safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. - USER RIGHTS AND REQUESTS
