We offer two types of convenient Repair Service:

Walk-In repair: Our store is open everyday Mon-Fri 10:30AM-6:30 PM and Sat 12AM-5 PM (closed on Sunday). No appointments are necessary and our highly skilled technicians can complete most repairs in minutes, while you are waiting we offer free internet access.

Mail-In repair: After placing a mail-in repair request on our website, we will contact you and discuss the problem and repair cost. You will receive an email with an RMA number and instructions on how to properly pack and where to ship your device. When we receive you device our highly skilled technicians will examine and repair your device. Nearly all our repairs are shipped back to you the same day after receiving your broken device.
