How do you start? Simple,
1. Book an appointment to meet with a Personal Trainer through our receptionist. Once you’ve completed a health history form and waiver, you will be taken on a tour of our facility in which you can make the decision if Forge Performance & Fitness is suitable for you.
2. When you meet with your trainer, he/she will discuss with you your goals, past/current injuries, and take you through a complimentary workout.
3. Once the trainer has assessed your fitness level, he/she will design a customized exercise plan to fit YOUR needs. From here, you can decide whether you wish to pursue personal training.
