Salary Range: $46,000 – $76,000 per year (depending on experience and location)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and business-minded Salon Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premier beauty salon. You will be responsible for leading a team of talented stylists and estheticians, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and driving the salon’s growth through strategic marketing and efficient financial management.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day salon activities, including opening/closing, scheduling staff shifts, and maintaining a “sparkling clean” environment.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, hire, and train stylists, assistants, and receptionists. Conduct daily huddles to motivate the team and address operational bottlenecks.
Financial Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average ticket size and retail-to-service ratios. Handle bookkeeping, payroll records, and daily sales reporting.
Client Experience: Resolve customer complaints with grace and foster long-term loyalty through excellent service and follow-up.
Inventory & Marketing: Manage vendor relationships, track stock levels, and place weekly orders. Execute social media campaigns and seasonal promotions to attract new clientele.

Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of leadership experience in a beauty salon or high-end retail environment.
Education: Secondary school diploma is required; a college diploma in Business Administration or a cosmetology license is a significant advantage.
Skills:Proficiency with salon management software (e.g., WellnessLiving, Booksy Biz).
Strong financial literacy, including basic accounting and budget control.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
