You can pay-as-you-go or join one of our many membership programs. Feel free to drop in for any class!

Small Group Classes
For those who want smaller group settings, or who would love a personal trainer but find it too expensive, Main Fitness’ small group classes is the solution.
Small group classes include Gravity Machines, TRX, Aerial Yoga, Ballet Barre, Seniors programs and Intense Circuit.
Members receive a discount for these classes.
Main Fitness ( at one time know as Main Street Cardio) has been in operation for over 12 years.
Charlene Sullivan was the original founder of Main Fitness 12 years ago. Her passion about the human body inside and out have made her one of the most soughtafter nutritional advisors. With her vast knowledge and deep commitment to health, Chalrene has changed the way many people think about eating and exercising.
Gudrun Hardes joined Charlene 10 years ago as the studio was expanding. Gudrun runs the YTT program at Main Fitness. Certified in many disciplines Yoga is still at the forefront.
Gudrun also runs WSUP Toronto June- September where she takes her Yoga to the water on her Stand Up Paddleboards.
More recently Kimchan (KC) Ramrattan has become part of the Main Fitness group. He brings with him his disciplined cutting edge classes. KC also has a softer side and has embraced Kundalini Yoga and all its benefits.
