Well let us take that off your hands. With a BOMB instructor breathing down your neck, you have no choice but to work hard and smart! We cap most of our classes at 14 or less so we can focus on your form and assess your strengths and weaknesses at each and every class… and if we can do that in our classes imagine what our one-on-one training sessions are like!
Make A Connection
What do you think makes you special about being 1 of 2,000 members of a big box gym? In fact we don’t like to view The BOMB as a “gym”. You’re not a number to us. We know your name, our members will get to know it too, and hopefully we’ll get to know you as a person as well.
We have the ability to keep people connected, socially. Creating a place and atmosphere where people work hard, and then relax with a coffee group afterwards. Red Rocket Coffee is close by, and it’s fab!
Modern, Real World, Functional Programs
We don’t use static weight machines… why after sitting in a chair all day would you want to go and sit on a fitness machine. The majority of our programs, and classes use functional patterns to mimic human movement. Gone are the days of back days, ab days, chest & arm days (unless you’re a bodybuilder). You use your whole body all the time so why not train it all at the same time!
Results
At the end of the day, that’s the bottom line. We can have the best atmosphere and training plans in the world but if we don’t help you get results then we’re not doing our job.
Our programs and classes are based on our own fitness experience, trial and improvements, and tutoring from our own mentors. Our classes may be different from other fitness clubs but we make sure they’re effective.
Results = Hard Work + Consistency. If you show up often, work hard (and maintain a clean diet) you will undoubtedly be successful.
