Sam Covelli started the business in 1982. Early on most customers were landlords of apartment buildings who demanded quality work and low prices. We built a team of proud craftsman and delivered great value so word spread and the business grew.
Mike, Sam’s son, a fully accredited plumber and university-educated, now operates the business. The values of the company have not changed – except that we now use the latest technology to serve our customers better – providing estimates quickly and delivering great value.
Park Lane’s crews have a special expertise at solving problems in high-rise apartment buildings. As the number of condos in Toronto has grown, the business has continued to employ specialized skills to deliver value to a growing number of apartment and condo owners.
Park Lane’s value promise
We believe in providing high quality work with open, fair pricing and no-pressure estimating. If you send us photographs and describe the work required then we will give you an estimate right away. During office hours a professional plumber, not a call-answering service, will handle your inquiries. We can ask questions and give you a realistic estimate. If we find that more work is required we will provide an estimate before undertaking the work.
We give you open book pricing
What does that mean? On the job site if we determine that additional work is required we will provide with you a quote on the spot and aim to get the job done the same day. We specialize in condominiums where the hazards from inferior work can be serious and so we adhere to all necessary codes and we only use high-grade commercial materials.
Unfortunately some operators in the plumbing trade take advantage of homeowners who lack specialized knowledge. Here is a list of what we do NOT do:
*We do not give a low estimate and then discover “surprises” that cost a lot to fix.
*Our plumbers are not paid commission – they are paid a salary.
*We do not charge for estimates that can be handled remotely.
*We do not high-pressure sell or scaremonger.
*Our plumbers are not supposedly “commission free” and then given a bonus for exceeding a monthly quota
Only guests who have booked can leave a review.
