Be fair with the customer and open about the jobs cost and pricing
Be professional no matter what and treat the customer with respect and expect the same back
Keep the customer home clean by assuring a clean working area and cleaning up when done
Ripping off people is not nice
We as a Plumbing company pride ourselves with offering quality services at reasonable prices, and act fairly with our customers. Not to mention we do not approve of lying about how long the company has been in business. We can’t say how many times we seen plumbing companies falsely claim they been in business for 12+ years and none of these dates match on various sites. Is this fair to the customer? Nope. This plumbers should be ashamed for misleading new and old customers.
Our company on the other hand was founded in 2010 and that is it. We been in business for past 5 years and have some of the best plumbers who been in the trade for over 10 to 15 years. And this is a proven fact, not some magically made up number to falsely mislead people. Our guys are skilled and worked for some of the biggest plumbing companies, our plumbers are also fully licenced and certified to perform wide range of plumbing task and we are extremely proud to have such a great team of plumbers out there servicing our customers.
