About Mazouka
At Mazouka, we want to share zouk in a way that makes social dancing fun. Our approach focuses on teaching dancers how to connect with their partner and with the music on the dance floor — the two key elements that make a dance truly feel amazing.
We believe that a fun, engaging class environment is the best way to learn, and that intimate classes keep students involved: we strive to keep our class sizes small and numbers of men and women evenly matched, so that everyone has as much instructor attention and practice time as possible.
Students of Mazouka get the full zouk experience. In addition to providing useful learning resources and practice time, we keep our dancers moving outside the studio by sharing the hottest zouk tunes and keeping them plugged in to all the upcoming zouk events in and around Toronto. Entering the zouk world has never been so simple!
