Programs are built individually for the client ranging from: therapeutic exericse, balance and core work, functional movements, flexibility and stretching, circuit training, kettle bell training, strength resistance training, power lifting and weight loss. Studio Fitness matches the individual with a trainer most appropiate to create a custom designed program, and provide nutrition counseling that will get you on your way to your lifestyle change.
Studio Fitness is a private one on one personal training studio located in Toronto’s trendy Queen Street West district. Unlike commercial gyms, it is a comfortable, intimate environment free from distractions and intimidations with no membership fees.
