We’re looking for an organized and detail-focused Account Administrator to support daily office and accounting tasks. This role involves handling invoices, payments, records, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
✅What you’ll do:
▪️Process and check invoices from vendors and carriers
▪️Prepare payments and update accounts payable/receivable
▪️Send customer invoices and follow up on unpaid balances
▪️Manage driver payments across Canada and the U.S.
▪️Keep financial records accurate and up to date
▪️Help with reports and bank reconciliations
▪️Work with team members and vendors on financial matters
▪️Assist with general admin tasks and special projects
☑️Requirements:
▪️Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
▪️1–2 years of accounting experience (logistics is a plus)
▪️Good understanding of accounting basics
▪️Strong Excel and MS Office skills
▪️High attention to detail and organization
▪️Good communication skills
▪️Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
▪️Reliable with a strong work ethic
