In particular, On Your Plate supports woman who are trying to get pregnant. The business owner reads scientific research relating to fertility every day. So reproduction and conception is her area of expertise!
Sophie is a Nutritional Therapist with a Diploma from The Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, UK and a First Class Nutrition BSc (Hons) from The University of Surrey, UK. This equates to a 4.0 Grade Point Average. She has also had practical experience working with clients in a variety of inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
Sophie also works as a Research Analyst for the largest online educator in nutritional sciences. Here, she conducts research in defined topics, such as gluten-free diets and weight gain, and produces educational materials used by thousands of students. Consequently, she is a highly capable, confident, and evidence-based health practitioner.
On Your Plate differs from other Nutritional Consultancy practises because Sophie offers long-term support. She has an unbiased approach to creating protocols, and a natural ability to explain complex concepts in simple ways. Sophie always takes the time to explain the reasoning behind her recommendations.
