Irene started out as an aspiring, self-taught makeup artist, initially applying makeup on her family and friends, pouring many hours into the pursuit of mastering professional makeup in many industries: beauty, fashion, commercial, print, bridal / wedding, corporate events and film. After demonstrating her top quality skills online, Irene began collaborating with talented photographers, stylists, models, creative management and other industry professionals on photo shoots to create project oriented, goal driven, stunning visuals with her makeup. Irene’s great passion for makeup art drives all aspects of her work from beautifying brides on their wedding day, to creating the hottest, most elegant looks on models in fashion shows, magazines and shoots with her intricate makeup applications. Irene establishes organic, real-life connections with advertising & marketing professionals.
Irene attended Gina’s College of Aesthetics in the Greater Toronto Area and worked for a few years in the spa industry. Afterwards, Irene decided to pursue a makeup artist career by working and gaining valuable experience with industry professionals in the beauty, bridal and fashion community. From there on, Irene quickly evolved and grew into a professional and highly sought after makeup artist in Toronto.
Irene is committed to continuing education. She attended several hair workshops and seminars to perfect and polish her hairstyling skills at Sheridan College, Creatively Beautiful and most recently a “volume and texture” workshop focusing on editorial campaign styles at Dat Salon located in Toronto.
